Don’t Be Overly Opinionated
It’s not that you should not have opinions; it’s just that you should avoid forcing them on others at every opportunity. Allow others to have their own opinions.
Another way to look at this is to find that person—yes, you know one—who lets you know his opinion on everything all the time. He usually doesn’t even wait to be asked his opinion, and he expresses it vociferously and with emotion. Often, it’s done with the attitude and assumption that other opinions are irrelevant.
Assignment
Examine your own behaviors. Are you overly opinionated? Do you force your opinions on others? Perhaps you need to rein in those opinions a little.
