Keep Your Word
Keeping your word is the bedrock of relationships. You must do as you have told people you will do. If you make a promise to do something, do it. Don’t pass it off on someone else. You made the promise, you keep the promise!
Sometimes this is painful, or time consuming, or difficult, or challenging, or, or, or.... But it is critically important that you keep your word to others. You will be judged by your reliability. If you can’t do it, don’t promise it.
Assignment
Concentrate on keeping your word. Make sure you only promise what you can deliver, and deliver on what you promise.
