Give People Space
When situations become heated, sometimes all people need is a little space, a little time to cool off.
If you’re someone who needs closure on a tense situation, you may need to wait a day or so and apply one of the relationship tips mentioned previously, such as bringing the peace pipe, or breaking bread with someone. When people need space, timing can make the difference between a mended fence and salt in the wound.

Think about a time when you needed a few days to cool off. Did you have a better outlook on things afterward?
