Fight Fair
When conflict leads to confrontation, fight fair! Some people escalate conflict to confrontation in a matter of seconds, so there could be instances when you find yourself with no time to head off tangling antlers with the office hothead, for example. But even when that happens, you have a responsibility to fight fair.

Think of times when someone did not treat you fairly in a disagreement. What were the other person’s actions or behaviors? Think about how you would have handled that situation if you had been that person.
