Can’t we all just get along? Unfortunately, no. Not always.
If you expect people to always get along, you will be disappointed. Some people will never get along because they do not want to put in the work necessary. And, as you have learned thus far in this book, getting along with others in a way that creates a win-win daily takes a lot of work.
