Feed Your Own Needs
Be careful of running on empty. Managing relationships with people takes energy, and, depending on where you get your energy, you could burn out on the “people thing” pretty quick.
Make sure you take care of the basics, such as getting three square meals a day, a good night’s sleep as often as possible, and some alone time. If you’re an introvert, as defined by the Myers-Briggs assessment, then you will need additional alone time because solitude is how you recharge your batteries. However, extroverts on the Myers-Briggs scale tend to need frequent interaction with people to rev up their energy levels.
