As you gather information and get others’ opinions, remember that you are the honest broker at this point. Any opinion is a good opinion. Any recommendation is a good recommendation. While you might not eventually decide to use any of these opinions or recommendations, they are always given to help.

Be respectful of the time and effort others take to provide you with their opinions on your decision. After all, you have asked and you will probably ask again in the future. If they think you are not taking their opinions seriously, they will not be so helpful in the future.
