67Take a Step Backward to Review

Somewhere during the process of decision making, we often get overwhelmed. There is a lot of information, and we get lots of recommendations. We’ve had lots of group meetings with lots of discussion, and sometimes we just feel like the problem will overwhelm us.

This often happens because we become so immersed in the decision-making process that we lose sight of the goal. We get numbed by the facts, information, statistics, recommendations, discussions, and so on.
