As in any organization, when decisions have to be made, there is a high likelihood of conflict, both during the decision-making process and after. However, this likelihood of conflict cannot be a barrier to decision making.

Recall decisions that involved organizational or personal conflict. Note those that were used and controlled to provide healthy discussion to the process and those that were allowed to get personal and become detrimental to the process.
