Another great way to reward your employees is to recognize the significant events, milestones, and achievements of some of the significant others in their lives. These significant others include spouses, children, parents, partners, and even in-laws, and their accomplishments and milestones can include graduations, promotions, major birthdays, plus any honors they receive.
You can turn any of these events into a recognition moment by sending a congratulatory note to the employee, posting congratulations on the company Website or Wall of Fame, and sending a congratulatory note to the significant other.
