You can dramatically increase the positive impact of any reward by simultaneously providing some publicity. An outstanding way to do this is to designate one wall for employee recognition.

It can be called the “Wall of Fame,” and there should be nothing on it except items that focus on employee rewards, recognition, and appreciation. This is where you would place photos, announcements, and commendations regarding your employees’ outstanding work and accomplishments.
