Don’t Be a Know-It-All
As leaders, we are often wrong if we believe that our people expect us to know everything that is going on and to have all the answers. In reality, no leader in today’s complex business world can have all the answers or be up to speed in every subject area. The single most important question you can add to your vocabulary is this: “What do you think?” We need to be mental midgets and to ask other people their opinions.
