It’s About Outcomes, Stupid!
You’ve probably had this happen to you at some point, and I’m sure it got under your skin. This belief that information is power is an old one from the old school of doing business from decades gone by. Yes, information is important. But real power comes from applying that information to get results. Action on the information is what creates the right outcomes for your company. My question is: How can your people get the right outcomes without having the necessary information? Answer: You can’t!
