Answer the WHY Questions: Your Employees
When your employees ask why they should be inspired to make your company more successful, your answer should always focus on one simple answer. By making the company more successful, you can be more competitive and do a better job of gaining and retaining customers, which in turn allows you the resources and the opportunities to inspire, recognize, and better reward your workforce.
