I Care and You Matter to Me
Of all the relationships you will have in your life, the most important one is the relationship you have with you. And of all the talking you do in your life, the most important conversations are the dialogues you have with yourself—those voices in your head. When you have positive voices and positive talk, you will have positive outcomes, and if you allow negativity to take over, you’ll be in big trouble.
