A Family Affair
If you’re involved or work for a family-owned or -run business, you know that can be the thrill of victory or the agony of defeat. Though a family business can offer a unique opportunity to form relationships and gain respect and rewards that a family normally couldn’t do, it can also be a nightmare if family members aren’t committed to cooperation.
