Unfortunately, taking a leap of faith is part of hiring a financial advisor. If you do your homework, most likely it will work out for the best. At the very least, you will keep your assets and peace of mind out of harm’s way by avoiding the Bradford Bleidts and Bernard Madoffs of the financial advice world.
