Chapter 8. Context Switching

The role of architect is one that is fundamentally based on fast-paced context switching in an environment that deals with a broad portion of the organization, both horizontally and vertically; that deals with both technical and business issues; and that deals with multiple projects concurrently (see Figure 8-1).
