Study the Customer’s History

The past is rich with lessons that teach us how to be successful in the future. By studying history, we can learn from both the mistakes and successes of those who have lived before us. A company’s history is an important part of its tradition. Most companies are very proud of their history and are pleased to share it with others. They see their past as an important key to understanding who they are today. It is important to learn about your customer’s history to gain this perspective and understanding.
