There is always a great deal of information you would like to have from your customers. This information not only helps you better serve the customer’s needs today, but also in the future. Unfortunately, getting this information usually results in more paperwork for the customer. For the sake of your relationship with the customer, you must try to keep this paperwork to a minimum.
