Don’t Over Commit

As busy as you probably are today, it can be easy to find yourself committed to do more things than you could ever possibly get done. Particularly when dealing with a customer, you might find yourself over committing yourself as you constantly try to provide better service to meet their requirements. All this is done in hopes of building a better relationship with the customer. However, if you make these commitments and then are unable to meet them, you will ultimately damage rather than strengthen this relationship. In the end, it would have been better if you had never made the commitment in the first place.
