Close Loops

“Closing the loop” means that you don’t leave any loose ends or unfinished business. Providing complete service to your customers means that you finish what you start—you don’t leave things undone that cause problems or delays for the customer. Usually the best thing to do is to take care of these things as soon as they come up. That way, they don’t get overlooked or forgotten about as new things come up. Your customers want and even demand that their suppliers close all the loops as they provide their products or services.
