Think Outside the Box

A popular cliché today in business is to “think outside the box.” This means that sometimes you need to go beyond what conventionally has been done in the past and find new or different ways of doing things.

Thinking outside the box can also be useful when dealing with your customers. Sometimes it is the different approach rather than what has always been done in the past that is most interesting to the customer. Thinking outside the box can help you find new solutions to old problems or take the customer in directions never considered before.
