42. Resolve Disagreements Promptly

Making the transition to telecommuting can be a stressful and difficult process for everyone impacted by it. Expectations, roles, needs, demands, perceptions—these are all influenced by your telecommuting arrangement and can result in tension, anxiety, anger, resentment, and conflict.

In spite of establishing clear expectations and negotiating agreements (Tip 31), disagreements may arise.
