24. Take Breaks to Relax, Re-Energize, or Recover

Working in a traditional office, as I recall, seems to involve a long series of interruptions between which you try to complete your work. As a telecommuter, you'll probably find there are few interruptions if you've taken steps to manage this (Tip 34). More likely, you'll need to create opportunities for breaks from your work, whereas in BT (before telecommuting) days, you had constant breaks in your work flow.
