23. Stay Fit and Healthy

Once again, the “Rule of Mom” is the operational guide to staying fit and healthy: get plenty of rest; eat a balanced diet; don't forget to exercise, drink plenty of water, and take a multiple vitamin everyday. Putting aside everything you might read on this topic (and foregoing all the fancy equipment or the expensive health club membership), it really comes down to the fundamentals from Mom.
