66. How can I ensure owner follow-through on project tasks and action items?

Getting things done starts with securing a meaningful commitment from an individual who will take responsibility for the work. Ideas for this are explored in Problem 48. Once you have agreement from an owner, effective execution depends on follow-through and closure of the project work, and for this you need to be proactive.
