Make sure theappraisal looksprofessional.
The appraisal should be typewritten, but handwritten appraisals are fine IF the handwriting is totally legible and you use black ink (this is best for photocopying). Your company might have an online appraisal document; if it does, make sure you proofread it and run spell check before you print it out. Make a copy for your own records, and be sure to date it.
