Include feedbackin eachemployee’sdrop file.

As you give employees feedback about their performance, make notes of that feedback (even Post-it notes will do). Then place these notes in the employee’s drop file.

Make sure you use the drop file regularly. It will be a great time saver and a useful resource to you at appraisal time.
