Some more daring speakers like to improvise their presentations as they go along. If this is your “thing,” then this book is probably of limited value to you except for this advice: Don’t. Improvisation, unless you are highly skilled at it, seldom produces the quality of outcome that a well-thought-out and well-delivered presentation does. If you have great experience and want to change, do so at your own risk.
