Monitor yourtime usagecarefully.

In most speaking situations, you are provided with time limits for your presentations. Do your best not to violate them; this will greatly facilitate your being invited back again in the future. Usually there is a clock on the wall of the room where you’re presenting (check it for accuracy if there is). If there is no clock, use your own watch, or ask someone in the group to give you a sign when your available time has diminished to five or ten minutes. You’ll be glad they did.
