Involve youraudience asnecessary.

Asking your audience questions to which they will either raise their hands, respond verbally (as a group), or respond individually is a great way to get them involved. This breaks the boredom of simply listening to a “talking head” for some stretch of time. If you are able to do this comfortably, do so. Your audience will appreciate the change of activity and any physical movement allows them to stretch.
