Have a banana.

Musicians, actors, and other performing artists have found that having a banana before they perform significantly reduces the amount of anxiety they experience. Although there are well-documented physiological reasons for this, suffice it to say that eating a banana helps you deal with the excess adrenaline you might have prior to speaking. For best results, eat the banana two to three hours before you’re due to present. You’ll likely be amazed at the impact such a simple act can have on the way you feel. Have a banana—maybe even two.
