It is common to electronically send presentation decks ahead of time to the location where you’re presentating. The positive side of this is you know your presentation is there and it is ready for your delivery. The negative side is you don’t know how the receiving computer has adjusted your presentation. If you have a laptop computer, take it with you and ensure your presentation is on it. Or put the presentation on a CD or USB drive.
