Do you appear to be a little wooden man or woman standing in front of your audience? Or are you a pogo stick—hopping from place to place and never appearing to land any place? If so, fix this. As was mentioned in #51, how you use your body also sends a message about the seriousness with which you hold your presentation. As you review your videotape, look for a natural use of the body that does not draw too much attention to itself.
