Pay closeattention to theuse of yourbody.
Most of us don’t pay much attention to our bodies. We tend to drag them along from event to event as if they are prisoners of ours. Consistent with that, we don’t often pay attention to the messages that our bodies might be sending that are contrary to the messages that emerge from our mouths. As you look at your videotape, do you find consistency between “the words and the music”? Or are they at odds?
