Other than perhaps catching a glimpse of ourselves in reflective glass, most of us have no idea how we appear to others. In this very simple practicing approach, practice a few words or sentences in front of a mirror. How do you look? Do you believe you? Do you believe others will find you credible? What should you consider doing differently?
