When you arefinished, stopand sit down.

Some speakers are like children who, although they have learned how to ride a bicycle, have not learned how to stop. As in the case of children, this inability to stop can create some uncomfortable disasters. If your presentation is finished, thank the audience and sit. If it’s not and your time is up, review the key points that you’ve covered, thank the audience, and sit down.
