81. Someone has already solved your problem

It is typical to believe that no one else really understands your business problem. And this is usually based on the empirical research of asking your current business colleagues, your current friends/advisors and your wife or husband – and coming up with little in the way of helpful answers.

Well, think about it logically for a moment. If your current group of staff or advisors understood your problem, then it wouldn’t be a problem, right? So, logically, problems you have will almost always be problems that your current set of people (yourself included) can’t solve or don’t know how to begin to solve.
