CONCLUSION

In reading my 10 steps to project management, I hope you've picked up many new tips and techniques and adapted the way you approach your projects, aiming for flexible structure instead of total control.

While what you've learned is fresh, take some time to make notes of the lessons from each step. Use worksheet C.1 to record your notes and refer to it before you start your next project. When you acquire any new skills, it's a good idea to pick no more than three to try out at any given time. As those become second nature, pick another three skills.

What are the top three ideas you plan to implement on your projects after investing your time reading this book?
