The Lead Generation Specialist assists in project managing and implementing demand generation, social media and other online marketing efforts for the B2C, B2B and Creative Edge markets.  The goal of this position is to drive traffic, sign ups and revenue for all markets through effective marketing campaigns. Must be competent in campaign project management, highly organized and attentive to detail.

  • Audience targeting research.
  • Continually resource, target and acquire new lead generation programs and lead sources.
  • List research, acquisition and management.
  • Research and implement new social media customer and prospect communication channels and vehicles
  • Creation of Facebook pages and campaigns, as well as updating of the corporate website to support lead generation programs, as needed.
  • Lead generation campaign management to meet defined lead generation goals
  • Continually resource, target and acquire new lead generation programs and lead sources.
  • Manage graphic design process and layout of assigned lead generation campaigns by working with designer(s).
  • Project manage and implement promotional specifications and back-end setup for executing and tracking assigned trial and subscription campaigns.
  • Implement coding and link management for assigned campaigns.
  • QA assigned lead generation campaigns prior to pushing live.
  • Maintain documents and resources, as well as data updates, on Customer Portal.  Track and respond to posts as needed.
  • Manage and maintain internal mailing preferences for customers (B2B/B2C daily unsubscribes, including monthly suppression list)
  • Create and distribute monthly NewsFlash, working with the Enterprise Marketing Director, for the B2B Market
  • Create and distribute monthly Newsletter for consumers, working with Consumer Marketing Director.
  • Support customer marketing and renewal efforts.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES                                                      

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required.
  • Knowledge and understanding of online marketing, social media marketing, database and campaign management methodologies and technologies.
  • Creative, versatile, efficient, and flexible while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple projects, programs, and priorities while maintaining clear communications, attention to detail and documentation
  • Excellent creative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with running demand generation campaigns on Facebook and Twitter
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral), including the ability to present effectively.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of HTML, PHP, Javascript and CSS desired, to be used in context of creating Facebook pages and updating websites.
  • Knowledge of CRM application and other marketing automation programs desired.



While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to do the following:

  •  Type
  • Some Travel required (approx. once per quarter)
  • Occasional lifting of medium sized boxes.



  • Works in an office setting.
