The bare minimum questions to ask are, What can be improved for next iteration? What did we like about this iteration and wish to continue doing during the next? What obstacles are in our way, and can we (the team) remove them, or does our project manager need to help us with this? In addition to the following sample retrospective, Chapter 8, “Quality Management,” has sample outputs of a retrospective meeting.
