SMART GOALS
Next, you must make sure that each goal is actionable. I like to use the SMART acronym for developing goals because SMART goals have built-in characteristics that will make achieving them possible and rewarding. Each goal should be:
• Specific. Each goal should be so clear that you cannot mistake what you are stating you will accomplish. This way you will have a higher chance of accomplishing it.
• Measurable. You need to know when you have successfully accomplished your goal.

Note
For a goal to be achieved it must be actionable. Using the SMART goal framework can help you create goals that are possible and rewarding. For a goal to be considered SMART, it should be Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Timely.
