One of the big changes to Apollo Tyre’s culture was the creation of an in-house training academy to ensure that team members at all levels of the company were educated on the intricacies of the business and the culture. The company focused on empowering the team with the skills and decision-making framework necessary to win. It focused much more on training team members on the larger goals of the organization and provided a set of guidelines so that individuals could make better decisions.


You cannot instil a company culture nor the real detail of the work, using external training.
