As Soon as Possible: The deployment is available to the client as soon as it receives the policy for the deployment. If you choose Use the client local time in the Schedule evaluation item and choose this option, the current time on the machine where you are running the ConfigMgr console is the time that is set for clients to evaluate when updates are available or when they are installed. If the client is in a different time zone, these actions occur when the client’s time reaches the evaluation time.
