While understanding how the macro-patterns develop on the weekly charts is extremely useful to the short-selling process, determining exactly where and how I place my short-sale trades all occurs on the daily charts. Fortunately, there are no limitations on what types of charts we can look at, and we make use of both weekly and daily charts to derive a comprehensive analysis of a particular short-sale target stock.
