Chapter 9. Continuous improvement

One thing that I hope I have made clear is that high-performance Scrum Development Teams know they can always do better. They can build a better product. They can increase its quality. They can build it faster. They can build with less waste. They can learn new techniques that will help them improve personally and as a team. I use the term continuous improvement to categorize all of this.
