A learning organization is an organization that uses its experiences, feedback, and new information to design its future. As a change leader, you adopt the perspective of a learning organization by taking in the information and feedback gathered in step 5 of the change management plan and putting it into practice.
Successful managers regularly check on the status of their change initiatives so they can keep them on track. They also work hard to help team members learn from failures as well as from successes. That way, everyone gets better at implementing change efforts in the future.
