A learning organization is an organization that uses its experiences, feedback, and new information to design its future. As a change leader, you adopt the perspective of a learning organization by taking in the information and feedback gathered in step 5 of the change management plan and putting it into practice.
Regularly monitor the status of the change initiative and use what you learn to adjust your plans. At the same time, it is important to help your team learn from both successes and failures to guide future change efforts.
