At this point I am granting this as an advantage over more monolithic architectures, especially when using containerization such as Docker or Kubernetes to automate deployment.

However, it is limiting (or burdening) your microservices with either needing to be idempotent and stateless (qualities for which we strive), or alternately if they are stateful then you must confront session management or service affinity across multiple requests for your microservice. How will the authors settle that question?
